What We Can Help With

Account Deletion

Account deletion is available inside the mobile app from the More tab under Account. Open More, choose Delete Account, confirm with your wallet PIN if one is set, and the app will submit the deletion request.

You can also review the public deletion policy at Delete Account.

A deletion request disables the account and schedules permanent deletion after the safety period, subject to limited legal, audit, and security retention requirements.
